Chappell Smith & Arden, P.A. was founded on the dedication to help injured clients get the justice they deserve. We also want to extend that dedication to students in their pursuit of higher education. We are proud to offer this privately funded scholarship to help students obtain their degrees and build a better future.

Eligibility:
You must be a U.S. resident or resident alien who is actively enrolled at a U.S. college or university with a valid student ID number and currently enrolled in classes.

Submit the pdf application and your essay via email.
Essay topic (300-500 words)—-Vaping and manufacturer liability: Should electronic cigarette manufacturers be held liable for injuries and sustained lung damage as a result of vaping? Why or why not?
