Group14 Engineering STEM Scholarship

Arapahoe Community College, Community College of Aurora, Community College of Denver, Front Range Community College and Red Rocks Community College Foundations are excited to announce the Group14 STEM Scholarship. Scholarships are made possible through Group14 Engineering and are designed to support students pursuing engineering pathways focused on Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, or Environmental Engineering. Consideration will also be given to students pursuing pathways in other STEM areas who demonstrate an interest in energy and sustainability fields, the built environment, or other STEM areas.

Eligibility:
● Current student at ACC, CCA, CCD, FRCC, or RRCC that has declared a major in a STEM program with a specific interest in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, or Environmental Engineering, or sustainability-related fields. Other STEM areas may be considered on a case by case basis.
● Intent to transfer to a four-year university to study one of the fields listed above
● Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher and enrolled in at least 6 credits for the Spring 2024 academic term
● US Resident (ASSET students welcome to apply: https://cdhe.colorado.gov/sites/highered/files/Revised%20ASSET%20Legislation%20Fact%20Sheet.pdf)
● Qualify for in-state tuition and meet specific Pell eligibility requirements (be within 250% of Pell income eligibility as determined by EFC on FAFSA).

-Application essay in a separate PDF document
-Academic transcript reflecting your most current GPA (unofficial transcripts are acceptable)
-Copy of your FAFSA Student Aid Report displaying your expected family contribution/ Pell Grant eligibility (an official letter from your Financial Aid Office is also acceptable)
