Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative (COSI) ACC

• Have a completed Financial Aid Application (FAFSA) on file with CCA
• Have an Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) of $13,940 or lower as determined by FAFSA application
• Have a GPA of at least 2.0
• Be classified as a Colorado Resident for tuition purposes
• Be classified as a U.S. Citizen or legal permanent resident
• Register for six or more credits in the fall and spring semesters
• Be seeking Degree or Certificate completion at CCA
• Be willing to commit to participate in COSI required programming or another qualified student success program. (Students continuing to participate in eligible student success programs will also be considered eligible to continue to receive COSI scholarships for future CCA semesters. Programs include: Diesel, TRIO, TRIO ESL, and SWFI)

  • Check in regularly with COSI academic coach
  • Meet once during the school year with your pathways advisor
  • Attend two CCA hosted events per school year
  • Participate in a COSI workshop series focused on college & career success
  • Meeting these expectations will result in students continuing to receive COSI scholarships for two additional semesters.
