Colony Brand and Trust Comp

The Career Exploration Program is a summer job that allows students to explore different departments such as (Production, Bakery, or the Contact Center) 4 days/week. One day per week students are paid to explore various departments across the company such as Human Resources, Community Relations, Benefits, Marketing, Creative Marketing Services, Accounting, Purchasing, Internet/E-Commerce, and Inventory Management to gain a better understanding of that department and the jobs associated with that field.
